I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Ajay as my realtor. Throughout the entire process, Ajay consistently failed to show up to scheduled meetings with the seller, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated.Whenever I tried to communicate my concerns or ask for updates, Ajay seemed disinterested and was quick to brush me off with vague responses. It often felt like he was just telling me whatever he thought I wanted to hear to get off the phone, rather than genuinely addressing my concerns.Despite his attempts to act like he was on my side, it became clear that Ajay's primary concern was his own financial gain. It seemed like he was solely focused on securing his 3% commission, with little to no regard for my needs or concerns as a customer.I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Ajay as their realtor to think twice. In my experience, he was 100% useless and I would not recommend him to anyone. Please do not believe his promises or trust him with any important transactions.
